Tutoring
I am an engineer with a company in Prescott and a former middle school math teacher with the Humboldt Unified School District. I am constantly working to learn new teaching methods and techniques.
Past Tutoring Experience
I started tutoring when I was 16 years old helping my younger brother learn algebra. While a student at Embry-Riddle, I continued tutoring in Calculus and Physics. I love seeing the light bulb moments when a student comprehends a subject that they thought would be impossible to grasp.
Methodology
My teaching method combines auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learning to help with comprehension and retention. With five years of experience as a design engineer and fabricator, I constantly break down abstract concepts into concrete examples and analogies.
Location
I live in the Prescott Valley area with my wife and our four dogs. I look forward to working with you and helping demystify your challenging courses.

Fees
The base rate is $40 per hour within in the Prescott Quad Cities Area. Special arrangements can be made for locations further away. Discounts are available for veterans and HUSD students.

Refer a friend and receive a free hour of tutoring after your friend has received at least one hour of tutoring.
